Crispy Bread Pakora

Usually, pakora can be made with potatoes, brinjal, onions, paneer, and many more. Crispy bread pakora is a versatile recipe and is loved by all the generations also it is super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • Bread 3 pieces
  • Capsicum 1/2 cups
  • Coriander leaves 4 tables
  • Green chili 4 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Ginger paste 1 tbs
  • Garlic pastes 1 tbs.
  • Chicken pieces 1/2 cups
  • Salt
  • Sauce 2/3 tbs (homemade)
  • Chat masala 1tbls
  • Rice flour 2 this
  • Breadcrumbs (as per need)
  • Egg 1

Preparing Sauce:

First, we need 1 cup of milk, 1 cup oil, 2/3 tbs sugar, 2 tbs chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbs vinegar then mix them into a blender. Then prepare our sauce.

Preparing recipe:

First, we cut bread into little pieces. Then we cut onions and chilies after that we fry in low heat this for some time (5/6 minutes). In a bowl, put all pieces of bread then mixed that onions and chilies then gradually mix due ingredients.

Crispy Bread Pakora

After mixing them properly shape them into balls (if you want).

Then cover it with breadcrumbs and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour or sometimes.

Then fry this in medium heat and enjoy your meal with sauce.
